A customer is the most important person in our business.

A customer is not dependent on us--we are dependant on him.

A customer is not an interruptino of our work, he is the purpose of it.  We are not doing him a favor by serving him--he is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to serve him.

A customer is not an outsider in our business--he is our business.

A customer is not a cold statistic--he is flesh and blood.  A human being with feelings and emotions, likes and dislikes.

A customer is not someone to argue with or match wits with, or try to outsmart.  No one ever won an argument with a customer.

A customer is a person who brings us his wants.  It is our job to handle his requirements so pleasantly and so helpfully that we will return again and again.

On the walls of our offices at H&H Buying & Selling, this philosophy hangs on a poster for everyone to see.  In this day and age of automated phone calls and impersonal web ordering, we feel that this nicely sums up the way we go about our business.  This is how we have been operating for over 30 years.
